An apartment move answers to two sets of rules: yours and the building's. We handle the building's side as part of the job.
- Lift booked and padded. Most buildings want a time window and lift curtains; we arrange both with the manager before the day.
- Common areas protected. Corridor corners, lobby floors and door frames get the same guards as a house interior.
- Loading zone honesty. Village-centre buildings off Mona Vale Road often have tight visitor parking; the plan names where the truck actually stands, agreed in advance rather than improvised against a ranger.
- Quiet hours respected. Over-55s buildings especially. We schedule inside the building's window and finish inside it too.
Moving into a villa or unit from a big house? The destination measure matters more than the origin: corridor widths, lift depth, and whether the sideboard makes the turn. We measure the new place as part of any downsizing plan, two weeks before it could become a driveway problem.
