The short version: the only personal information this site collects is what you type into the enquiry form, and it is used to respond to you and arrange your move. There is no advertising tracking here.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form, we receive what you entered: typically your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the suburbs involved, and whatever you tell us about the house and the move. If you arrived at the form from the move planner, the summary it drafted is shown to you in the message field before you send it; you can edit or delete it like any other text.

How it is used

  • To call or email you back about your enquiry.
  • To prepare the walkthrough, the written move plan and the booking if you go ahead.
  • We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request; that is the one purpose it travels for.

We do not sell enquiry details, publish them, or use them for advertising lists.

What the site itself does

  • No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts run on this site.
  • The enquiry form's spam defence is a single hidden field that people never see and automated bots tend to fill in. If it comes back filled, the submission is discarded. Nothing about you is scored or profiled to make that call.
  • Standard web server logs (IP address, page requested, time) exist as they do for effectively every website, and are used only for security and to keep the site working.

Retention and access

Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are useful for arranging and following up moves, then removed. If you would like the details you sent corrected or deleted, reply through the enquiry form saying so and we will confirm once it is done.
